The Young Apprentice Program is regulated by law 10.097/2000, and encourages apprenticeships for young people aged 14 to 24.

Scholarship allowance is the remuneration paid by the granting company to the intern in consideration for the internship services.

The value of the grant is agreed by the company, as well as the transportation allowance.

The transport allowance is a cash allowance for the intern to travel to carry out the activities of the internship, this amount is agreed by the company.

No! According to Law 11.788/2008, the internship is not an employment relationship, which means that labor rights such as vacation and thirteenth bonus are not paid to the intern.

Yes! The payment of the scholarship presupposes the completion of the workload of the internship, so absences and delays without justification can be deducted from the scholarship. Even constant absences lead, on the initiative of the granting company, to early termination of the internship contract.

No! The internship is not an employment relationship and therefore does not need to be noted in the work card.

You must inform Instituto Alesco in advance of your decision so that the necessary measures are taken, never abandon or give up your internship without first informing us.
