Alesco Institute for Socio-Educational Development, registered with CNPJ under No. 21.009.876/0001-31, headquartered at Travessa Antonieta Cirilo Spada, No. 11, Piso 2,  Centro, Mairiporã- SP, owner of the domain “www.institutoalesco.org.br and www.institutoalesco.org”, hereinafter referred to simply as INSTITUTO ALESCO, establishes this TERM OF USE to the USER of its platform, according to the conditions described below:

Through this TERM OF USE, USERS of the INSTITUTO ALESCO website agree that, when using the WEBSITE, they automatically accept and submit to the conditions of this TERM OF USE, as well as future amendments, as well as the legislation in force.

1. USE OF THE PLATFORM AND REGISTRATION

1.1. The INSTITUTO ALESCO website allows its users, being STUDENTS, COMPANIES AND EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS, to register and that the information inserted is the sole responsibility of the user.

1.2. The USER is solely and fully responsible for the information provided when registering, exempting INSTITUTO ALESCO from any responsibility for incorrect or untrue information.

1.3. If the provision of any incorrect or untrue data by the USER is evidenced, INSTITUTO ALESCO may, at its sole discretion, cancel the respective registration.

​

1.4. The USER is aware that INSTITUTO ALESCO will make the data provided by him available to the other parties involved in the internship process, as well as to its Commercial Partners.

1.5. The USER is expressly prohibited from using the SITE:

a) Using false or third-party information when registering;

b) Use the SITE for purposes other than that for which it is intended;
c) Violate the intellectual property of INSTITUTO ALESCO or third parties, reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, commercialize or resell the information acquired through the INSTITUTO ALESCO website.
d) Participating in a process or activity that interferes with or interrupts the functioning of INSTITUTO ALESCO's Servers or networks;

e)  Failure to comply with any provisions of this TERMS OF USE will result in the exclusion of the USER, which may be temporary or permanent at the discretion of ALESCO INSTITUTE, without prejudice to the relevant legal regulations, regardless of prior notice.

1.6. INSTITUTO ALESCO may make “links”, “banners”, buttons and third-party search tools available on its SITE, directing the USER to external pages, not being responsible for the content of such pages.

2. USER PRIVACY

2.1. The USER's privacy and data protection practices adopted by INSTITUTO ALESCO can be found in the SITE's Privacy Policy.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

3.1. INSTITUTO ALESCO holds the ownership and/or authorization to use the testimonials, names, photos, brands, logos and signs of any kind found on the SITE.

3.2. The use of the SITE by the USER does not grant the USER any type of assignment, licensing, authorization or even any right to use and/or broadcast any photo, brand.

4. EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

​

4.1. The USER declares to be over eighteen years of age and capable, expressly agreeing that the registration and use of the SITE are their sole responsibility, and, if they are under eighteen or incapable, their legal representative authorizes and is directly responsible for their registration to the SITE. INSTITUTO ALESCO does not guarantee the performance and suitability of the Platform for any specific purpose desired by the USER.

4.2. INSTITUTOA ELESCO disclaims any losses, damages and losses of any nature arising from the unavailability of the SITE.

5. DURATION

5.1. This Term will remain in force for an indefinite period. INSTITUTO ALESCO reserves the right to suspend its Platform or terminate its activities at any time and at its sole discretion.

 

5.2. INSTITUTO ALESCO may also modify its Platform, as well as its technical requirements for access and use.

6. APPLICABLE LAW

This Term of Use will be governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, being elected the jurisdiction of the city of Mairiporã, State of São Paulo, with waiver of any other however privileged it may be to resolve any issues arising from this Term of Use.
